"Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I can move the world." Archimedes' idea, that with the right leverage and balance, extraordinary change is possible, became the foundation of Fulkrem Management Group.
The journey began during COVID. Founder Roy De Medeiros was closing out a corporate contract and stood at a crossroads: return to the corporate path, or build something new. Looking back on years of leading mergers and acquisitions, rebuilding sales teams, and implementing systems, he asked a simple question, could those skills serve small and mid-sized businesses that can't afford a full C-suite?
That's when Fulkrem was born. Not just a consulting firm, but a point of leverage, helping owners transform their companies and rediscover balance, freedom, and purpose along the way.
