Roy founded Fulkrem Management Group with a simple belief: most business owners don't need more ideas, they need the right leadership, systems, and accountability to build a business that can thrive without depending on them every day.

Today, Roy leads a network of experienced fractional executives specializing in Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, FRAME implementation, and Exit Planning. Together, they help founder-led businesses install the infrastructure needed to scale predictably, prepare for succession or exit, and create businesses that are valuable, transferable, and enjoyable to own. This integrated fractional leadership model is a core part of Fulkrem's approach.

Known for his practical, hands-on leadership style, Roy works alongside executive teams to turn strategy into execution. Rather than delivering recommendations and walking away, he partners with clients to implement systems, coach leadership teams, improve accountability, and build organizations that continue performing long after the engagement ends.

Roy is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Executive Leadership graduate of the Rotman School of Management, Certified NLP Master Practitioner, Certified NLP Master Coach, and a #1 Best-Selling Author. His unique combination of corporate leadership experience, entrepreneurial insight, and systems thinking allows him to bridge the gap between vision and execution while helping owners maximize both business value and personal freedom.

Roy's philosophy is simple: a successful business shouldn't own the owner. His mission is to help entrepreneurs build companies that create wealth, freedom, and lasting impact for their employees, their families, and the communities they serve.

Delia Medeiros

Delia Medeiros

Governance & Compliance
Read bio

Fractional Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) · Governance, Controls & Business Continuity · Partner with Fulkrem Management Group

Delia Medeiros builds the operating structure that lets owner-led businesses grow beyond their founder: documented process, right-sized controls, and contingency planning that holds when things go wrong.

With more than 25 years inside Canada's largest financial institutions, including BMO Financial Group and Royal Bank of Canada, Delia has worked in an environment where undocumented process and loose controls aren't a stylistic preference, they're a finding. Her background spans financial operations and reconciliation, internal and external audit coordination, operational risk governance, and business continuity planning across banking, custody, institutional and shareholder services.

Today, she brings that discipline to companies where the founder still signs the cheques. Most owner-led firms treat structure as something to build later, once they're big enough, but it's usually the absence of it that's holding them at their current size. What lives in one person's head can't be delegated, copied into a second location, or handed to a new manager.

Delia turns that knowledge into process a new hire can follow, sizes controls to catch errors without strangling a thirty-person company, and builds the contingencies for the days systems fail or key people aren't available. Her focus is capability that stays: she trains the team to run it rather than creating a new dependency.

As part of Fulkrem Management Group, Delia strengthens the governance and process layer, reduces owner dependency and key-person risk, and prepares businesses for the scrutiny that comes with scaling, expansion, or a sale.

Artur Adamian

Artur Adamian

M&A Legal Partner
Read bio

Founder, Acquire Legal · Small Business M&A Legal Partner with Fulkrem Management Group

Artur Adamian is the founder of Acquire Legal ("ACQ"), an Ontario law firm focused exclusively on helping clients buy and sell small businesses valued at under $5 million. ACQ provides fixed-fee legal services designed to give buyers and sellers clarity on cost and practical support from the letter of intent through closing.

Artur began his legal career in litigation, first in government and later in private practice. He defended accountants, lawyers, and engineers in professional liability claims and acted in estate litigation disputes. That experience gave him a firsthand view of what happens when transactions and legal arrangements break down, and how thoughtful legal work at the outset can help prevent costly disputes.

After moving into transactional work, Artur saw a gap in the market. Small-business buyers and sellers were often choosing between large M&A firms, with billing structures and processes designed for much larger transactions, and generalist firms that handled acquisitions only occasionally. He founded ACQ to offer a specialized alternative: experienced transaction counsel focused on deals of this size, with a clearly defined scope and predictable pricing.

Acquire Legal assists with due diligence, purchase and sale agreements, negotiations, and closings for small-business acquisitions and sales throughout Ontario. Because the firm focuses exclusively on this work, it can apply a consistent, efficient process and confirm its fee before an engagement begins. Clients know what their legal work will cost, can ask questions without watching the clock, and have counsel focused on identifying risks and moving the transaction toward a successful closing.

As a legal partner within the Fulkrem network, Artur supports business owners preparing to sell their company. He brings a litigator's eye for risk and a transaction lawyer's focus on getting the deal done properly.

Executive Performance

Master Practitioner, NLP & Timeline Therapy · Executive Performance Advisor with Fulkrem Management Group

Tyler Jacklyn is a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming and Timeline Therapy, with over a decade of experience working with high-performing leaders who have hit a ceiling they can't logic their way through. Tyler disrupts deep-seated barriers to break the patterns that inhibit even the most capable of performers.

Most of the executives he works with are sharp, driven, and accomplished; CEOs, founders, and senior executives who are done tolerating the gap between where they are and where they know they should be. Leaders who recognize that they are leaving meaningful goals unfulfilled. Not because of a flawed strategy. Not because of a lack of skill. But because of deeply embedded patterns and limiting beliefs that operate below the level of conscious decision-making; quietly running the show and dictating outcomes.

Tyler's work is precise. His practice is particular.

  • Identify the pattern,
  • trace the mechanism driving it, and
  • dismantle it at the source.

The process is structured and intentional; using proven methods to interrupt the limiting beliefs and negative strategies that are sabotaging performance. The work is measurable work.

With expertise in sales leadership, team development, and performance coaching across multiple industries, Tyler understands that executives rarely get stuck because of external factors. They get stuck because of something internal; a belief about risk, identity, or a self-imposed catastrophic scenario is running interference. His approach is both rigorous and practical.

Find what's running the show beneath consciousness. Understand how it took root, and change it so performance flows naturally instead of constantly fighting invisible resistance.

The result is a fundamental shift in how a leader operates at the level where real performance lives.

Master Practitioner, NLP, Timeline Therapy & the Quantum Change Process · Executive Transformation Advisor with Fulkrem Management Group

Lori Bertoni is a Master Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, and the Quantum Change Process with nearly twelve years of experience doing work that most practitioners can't. Where others address behavior, Lori goes to the architecture underneath it. The patterns, the embedded beliefs, the internal operating system that a high-performing leader built over a lifetime and that is now quietly capping what they can achieve.

Her clients are executives, founders, and senior leaders who have done everything right on paper and still find themselves circling the same frustrations, the same limits, the same version of themselves. Lori's work cuts through that. Using the Quantum Change Process alongside NLP and Timeline Therapy, she works at the level where patterns are actually encoded, not managing them, not reframing them, but shifting them at the root.

Most performance problems are not strategic. They are structural, built into how a leader processes identity, risk, and capacity. Lori changes the structure. Everything else follows. The result shows up in decisions, in how a leader carries authority, in how they navigate pressure, and in the kinds of outcomes they're suddenly capable of creating. Because when the internal architecture shifts, performance doesn't just improve, it fundamentally transforms.

He focuses on people balancing mortgages, raising children, and supporting aging parents, ensuring their financial decisions are practical today and sustainable for the long term.

Cameron's approach is planning-first, not product-first. He begins with an in-depth discovery process to understand each client's values, goals, family dynamics, and worries, then builds a clear, written roadmap that integrates cash flow, debt, investments, tax strategy, retirement income, and risk management. His goal is to replace anxiety and guesswork with simple, evidence-based strategies that clients can understand and stick with, no jargon, no pressure.

Through Clarify Wealth, Cameron offers flexible planning engagements tailored to busy professionals and families, including virtual meetings and family-friendly formats so spouses, partners, and even adult children can all be part of the conversation. Clients typically start with a complimentary clarity or wealth assessment, where Cameron reviews their situation, identifies key gaps, and outlines practical next steps to improve retirement readiness, reduce tax drag, and align investments with what matters most. Cameron emphasizes low-cost, diversified, and disciplined investment strategies grounded in academic research rather than speculation or market timing. He helps clients understand what they can and cannot control, focusing attention on savings, spending, risk levels, and tax efficiency, while putting daily market noise in its proper place. For many clients, this shift in mindset is as valuable as the financial plan itself, providing peace of mind and a framework for better long-term decisions.

Holding both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations, Cameron brings recognized technical expertise in comprehensive financial planning and portfolio management. Above all, his mission with Clarify Wealth is to provide straightforward, judgment-free advice that helps clients feel organized, prepared, and confident about their money, so they can spend more time living their lives, and less time worrying about their finances.
