How it actually works.

What does a Fulkrem engagement look like?

Three phases. A Freedom Assessment™ (a 30 to 60 day diagnostic that produces your Freedom Scorecard™), a Freedom Blueprint™ (a 12 to 24 month roadmap with the right fractional partners assigned), then Orchestrated Execution™, where Fulkrem coordinates the team as your strategic conductor.

How quickly will we see results?

We start with the assessment to find your biggest leverage points, then move straight to execution. Most clients see meaningful traction within the first weeks, not quarters.

Who do you typically work with?

Privately held, owner-led businesses, usually $2M to $100M in revenue, across service, manufacturing, B2B, distribution, and technology, that are ready to scale, prepare for an exit, or step back from daily operations.

What's included, and what does it cost?

What if I only need one or two roles?
